PROFESSIONAL PROFILE // ROBERTO PIZARRO DÍAZ

SOFTWARE ENGINEERING · COMPUTATIONAL RESEARCH

Software engineering and computational research

The work combines software development, data analysis and computational research. Projects include molecular studies and applications for agriculture, legal information and territorial analysis.

CURRENT FOCUS

Research, data and full-stack development

The CtMGAM results are documented in a ChemRxiv preprint and an open analysis package. Research into COX-2 and biodiversity is ongoing. Solquira brings data and software services together in an interface for exploring agricultural scenarios.

R4Logic is an independent initiative bringing together computational research and software engineering projects. Each project identifies its authorship, relevant affiliations, supporting evidence and development status.

UNIVERSITY TEACHING

Universidad Central de Chile

I teach at Universidad Central de Chile. Independently, I develop computational research and scientific systems through R4Logic.

OPEN SOURCE CONTRIBUTIONS

Debugging, evidence and collaborative code review

In Codebase Memory MCP, an open-source project for coding agents, I documented a Windows startup issue and took part in reviewing its regression guard. The work included controlled comparisons using official binaries and a resource-cleanup suggestion incorporated into the review branch by the maintainer.

This work is publicly documented on GitHub; I am not claiming authorship of the upstream pull request or that it has been merged.

PREVIOUS SCHOLARLY WORK

A broader academic record, kept separate from the current programme

Earlier publications provide context for the current computational research programme.

Earlier scholarly work in entrepreneurship, retained here as part of the broader academic record rather than the current computational research programme.

RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

Documented participation in GEM research

Between 2013 and 2016, Roberto Pizarro Díaz was consulted as an expert for Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) studies. The official reports document his participation.
