PUBLISHED PREPRINT
The study asks whether molecular docking provides enough evidence to prioritize a natural-product panel inspired by Chilean papaya against human CtMGAM, an enzyme involved in carbohydrate digestion. Using acarbose as a reference, seven protocols recovered near-native orientations at both crystallographic sites, but consistently selected them first at only one. The paper and open analysis package document this result; the natural-product panel remains unranked, and its biological activity has not been established.

Chilean papaya bioprospecting
The study evaluates molecular docking against human CtMGAM using acarbose as a reference. Near-native poses appeared among the top three results in both crystallographic copies, but consistent first-rank selection occurred in only one. The compound panel inspired by Vasconcellea pubescens remains unranked.
Extending the molecular investigation
The COX-2 research line examines how public data and computational methods can support comparisons under explicit evaluation criteria. The analysis is ongoing; no consolidated results are presented yet.
Underrepresented biodiversity in Chile
Mycetozoa Chile studies the diversity, distribution and evolutionary relationships of slime moulds using public occurrence records and sequence data. These organisms belong to Amoebozoa. The work seeks to identify gaps in the available biodiversity records.
Anvil is a scientific-agent prototype under development within R4Forge. Its planned workflow combines input validation, tool execution and result evaluation with reproducible outputs. Molecular research provides an initial use case for testing this infrastructure.

Reported an unwanted Spanish-language path diagnostic on stderr during an otherwise successful MCP stdio handshake. The report includes a minimal JSON-RPC reproduction and an isolated cache directory.
Retested the official v0.12.1 Windows build in two isolated sessions and compared it with historical v0.8.1. The newer binary produced clean stderr in those runs; the historical control reproduced the original message.
Reviewed the regression guard and found that runtime lock files survived failures because the runtime path sat outside the temporary directory. Proposed keeping cache and runtime as siblings under one owned root. The maintainer applied the suggestion in commit 76adece3.
The maintainer incorporated the suggested test fix into the pull-request branch in October 2026. Check GitHub for its current review and merge status.
