Review current agenda →Each line becomes processes, comparisons and tests that help determine which hypotheses warrant further investigation.
Preprints, code, and reproducibility packages make it possible to inspect how a result was produced and reuse parts of the work.
Explore research →When a question needs more capability, R4Logic develops agents, tools, and interfaces to extend the scientific workflow.
RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE · IN DEVELOPMENT
R4Forge is an experimental environment for computational research tools. Anvil, its scientific-agent prototype in development, is intended to inspect inputs, assist with workflow planning, coordinate specialist tools, and review outputs and execution records.
The CtMGAM study provides a concrete starting point: recovering near-native poses does not guarantee selecting them first. This distinction informs initial comparison and verification tasks, while COX-2 continues as a separate molecular research study in development. Scientific tools perform the calculations; the researcher defines validation criteria and interprets results. The Anvil capabilities described are prototype goals, not validated features.
